You, and everyone else that likes this post, are pathetic.

There are much worse grounds.

Newcastle is a great city and this thread is a joke.
So Newcastle should be with the significant regeneration monies spent on it. The Tyne & Wear Development Corporation and Millenium Fund as way of example did very little for Sunderland compared to Newcastle.

SJP is still a carbunkle

It’s one of the most iconic grounds in world football.

You must think Anfield and Old Trafford are carbuncles too?

What’s so great about our stadium that means it isn’t a carbuncle?

Whats up with you? You were once a good poster. :-)

Anfield and Old Trafford are not carbuncles. They are up there with the best as will the SOL as when and hopefully we can extend to 63,000 or 73,000.

Hotch Potch is a carbuncle...a mish mash of different designs heights and poor sight lines for many seats. The reason it gets called a carbuncle by the way is that it was widely reported that Sir john Hall the guy behind some of its development called it that!

Yes it's discussed in pubs all over the world pre-match .... all those foreigners, with dreamy eyes, talking lovingly about the Cathedral
