today oviedo played, mcgeady came on,wyke and sinclair started, only really watmore missing,if we dont beat rochdale i think we can forget about top 2 and will be lucky to get top 6,i think charlton will be above us cum may,we are only 1 point ahead of them, pompey look strong,Pboro will run out of steam, barnsley are better than us,Luton are decent also
How many minuets have Wyke, Sinclair and McGeady played?

I think we need to give it time, we've had a few bad results and lost some momentum. We can easily put together a string of wins in this league and that would improve the mood instantly.

Ha ha ha are you seriously comparing 7 games unbeaten to anything them two managed in their first games?
ross has had decent luck we all know, but this is DIV THREE and he has only managed at a DIV 5 equiverlent, and its starting to show, the next 2 to 3 games will make him or break him, bear in mind we havent played any of the top 3 yet

needs to happen in the next 2-3 games or we will be back to the moyes, grayson, coleman downward trend, alto not with relegation

Based on what?

I haven't criticised Ross myself, but I don't think anyone is above criticism and I can understand why fans may be asking questions after we've failed to beat Oxford, Fleetwood and Burton Albion. To suggest they are not proper fans is wrong. Everyone deserves an opinion whether people agree with it or not.

What about an opinion that people aren't real fans if they turn on the players, manger and owners before we've even lost a single game or, even more disgustingly, suggest it's a good thing that one of our new players gets seriously injured and has to come off?

Do I deserve to have that opinion heard?

Agreed but if you read the thread before the game, most people were actually looking at the side and were pleased with it.
I think you're more looking at this and taking it for the voice of all safc fans. Shape your own opinion and stick with it, far to many people on here getting precious and taking offence over words that mean fuck all.

Before the game started and you saw the team with wyke maja and sinclair playing in a 442 did you think the tactics were wrong...... Be honest now
Can honestly say I had few problems (easy to say now I know). Thought we weren't giving Burton the respect they deserved by playing such an unbalanced team. I was sceptical about Sinclair playing wide, I thought Hume should have been there instead, with his great left foot he could have put some good crosses in to Wyke. I didn't think Matthews should have kept his place after his disastrous performance last week, Flanagan looked better when he came on and would have offered more height at set pieces. I knew for a fact Honeyman and Cattermole together by themselves in the middle would be a disaster. Thought we should have had 1 striker upfront with Maguire behind them rather then 2 to start.

Not sure if mt solutions would have been any better but I did have problems.

He’s getting paid very well to do a job, today and arguably for the last few games he’s underperformed in that job. He’s open to criticism like anyone else.
What about the 20 managers below him? Should they all be getting criticised as well.

Not saying otherwise, but people were always going to kick off as soon as we lost.

Some have the expectation that we were going to walk this league from the start. They need to realise this is a rebuild job and will take time. Ross is an intelligent manager, he’ll learn from his mistakes. We’re still up at the top end and we haven’t really played any consistently good stuff yet.
