Parking Warning

I hate the one who drives about with the camera on his car, aswell as the rest of them. Fuk off sunderland council
Have to pay for that pointless bridge somehow i suppose
There should be more of them to stop the inconsiderate twats who just park where they like rather than park legally.

You see it all the time and there's no excuse when there are spaces just a short walk away but some just want to be as close as they can to where they want to be and fuck everyone else!

Only brought it up as i was behind one on durham rd and a car was parked on double yellow outside a house. So if had been for a couple of minutes seems a bit harsh if they dropping bairns off etc. Mught if beent here for hours aswell like

This.

Plenty of exercise and daily arguments with the public. Sounds great to me.
 you sound like the perfect worky ticket type.

They were getting loads of people the other week who were doing park run. Now what's the point having an event that attracts hundreds of people if there isn't anywhere to park? Especially when it's at 9 am on a Saturday morning
Easy money

I was out running at the Silksworth Sports Complex on Wednesday evening, where it was busy... Lots of people running, walking, playing footy, on the skate park, using the ski slope etc. Was lovely to see.

Anyway, as I was finishing my run the traffic wardens were out in force ticketing any car that wasn’t parked in a space. The car parks were pretty rammed so there were very few, if any spaces to park legitimately. They must have got at least 10 the time I was there.

Anyway, be careful next time you’re there to make sure you park in a prescribed bay.
After killing the highstreet with over enforced parking, it sounds like councils are targeting leisure and sports complexes now then.

Its the people who say all parking in town centres should be free or unrestricted...............erm all the people who work there would park in them thickheeds so there would be even less chance of getting a space

It’s chocka up there when harriers are training And the footy pitches being used and as mentioned the council are now puttin tickets on cars if not parked properly

It’s the Sunderland small time syndrome.

Two things that they love lighting the pitchforks for

Parking and bins
