So pre Ashley the mags spent way beyond their means then Big Mike came along, bailed them out, and now he's running them as a steady ship without risking financial meltdown.

That's the way I see it....Hall and Shepherd re-mortgaged the club several times over...yet still walked away earning millions. Ashley is bringing things back to reality.

Under Mike Ashley's careful stewardship of the club the debt has doubled and all revenue streams apart from TV money (which he has no influence over) have decreased. But aye he's running it really well otherwise

.. Think I'll get a new pair of trainers from Sports Direct tomorrow .. Always refused the Bag For Life, but gona carry one all over with me now :lol: ..
