Might need snookers by mid October

Good chance of them being in the bottom three and cut adrift. Hopefully by that point the narratives of negativity have set in, protests against the owner are widespread and it destroys club morale more.

Just seen the result and read the match report.

City will f***ing hammer them, bookmark this.

From what I have seen today, newcassel will be physically hammering City. It is difficult to break down a team of 10 thugs hellbent on stopping you from going past. Just hope the ref is strict and City are ruthless in their finishing.

I touched on this a couple of weeks ago and today is the reason they won't get relegated. He seems to set them up against these top sides not to lose by many. They have lost 2-1 today and they play City next week. I can not see City scoring many.
Their relegation rivals will concede 5 or 6 against these sides.
The only way they will get relegated is if Rafa fucks off mid season
They have enough decent players to finish safe. The problem is that all the bitching in the stands and from Benitez is threatening to spill over into the dressing room. If and when that happens they will be fucked

Not so easy to do this in an away game, live on telly, against the big lads.

If they get away with a 3-0 they'll be doing well imo
