Exactly they're that sidetracked by all this Ashley shite they can't see the shite in front of them on the pitch which the manager has them playing
 

I'd of personally thought a captains view would be listened to or at least respected by the manager. I doubt lascelles has made a Song and dance about it, he'll of had his say and Rafa just didn't like some one questioning his decisions.
