Worst place to live in Sunderland?

It was a genuine question mate, I honestly don't know. I haven't been around sunderland other than the town centre since I was a kid so I've probably never been there.

I'm intrigued now though. If you can't say on here, PM me.

Just seems a very strange question. People live in all sorts of places and sunderland has areas of very low income, like others. To want to run through the worst places when people live there seems a little strange from someone who says they don't even live in the town. Assume you live in a 10m mansion in St. John's Wood? As for bumping threads it's a message board you divvy.
