Where is this bit about seeing the CCTV in September / seeing it for the first time today being reported?

I can't see it on the Independent or the bristol version of the ronnie.

Yep. Not being called because neither prosecution nor defence have asked for them. Given the defence will have seen the prosecution evidence in advance this presumably means they have decided not to dispute it.
 
Looking at the footage Mr Adams says he can see Mr Ali appear to aim a bottle at Mr Barry and Mr Stokes intervenes "with a punch". As the men scuffle on the ground PC Adams confirms he can identify all three defendants. #BenStokes

Mr Stokes's barrister Mr Gordon Cole asks if there was two bottles evident in this incident. PC Adam says "yes". Mr Cole says "we know one of these people was Mr Ali but did Mr Hale have a bottle?" "Yes", responds PC Adams #BenStokes

(needs to be asked why these two had bottles seemingly aiming them at folk)

Mr Wilson says he had no idea who the people involved in the brawl were. He thought they might have been freshers on a night out #BenStokes

Mr Wilson confirms he phoned The Sun to sell them the video the following day #BenStokes.

Hmmm. Kind of waters down the defending the 2 lads from a homophobic attack story.

No it doesn't I agree. What I am curious now is what Stokes defence will consist of without the two gay lads giving evidence of his behalf. I think hes going to need more than giving his version of events and saying 'believe me'.

Hale also appears to have uprooted a metal pole road sign also.......... 1 witness saying "he seemed to know exactly what he was doing"

The DT reports testimony...
Ali and Hale were armed with a bottle.

Ali aimed a blow at Alex Hales, missed and hit Barry (one of the gay guys). Stokes hit him (causing the injuries). . . Probably this is the reason for those 'I was defending the gay guys' stories.
Hale came running back with a pole.

Hale recorded later as saying he didn't want to press charges as 'he ain't done anything to me' - not sure that'll count for much.

No doubt everything will change tomorrow.

Think that's confusing imagine if Hales was on trial as well! Hale did that, Hales did this :confused:

There was a clip of him walking into court (Hmmm Tommy Robinson would be arrested for that ;) ) and he had tattoos on the back of his bald head. Seems like a knuckle dragger.
 
I understand why the gay blokes didn't want to give evidence. One of them seems to have started the incident with a sexual assault.

"Ryan Ali and Kai Barry appear to be having a disagreement. Mr Barry grabs Mr Ali around the groin area."
