I thought it was 12k he saidRemember him on here last season, telling anyone who would listen, that Pompey had sold 9,000 tickets for MK dons.
Turns out that they took 6,000.
He's full of shit man.
That was Billy man.You don't know what you are talking about Billy boy. The most famous thing about Portsmouth was that annoying bell ringing bloke who used to embarass himself when you were in the prem.
Is still ringing the Pompey chimes at the match?
Can you provide some evidence to prove this?I'm sorry but Portsmouth are bigger than Villa, Leeds and Sunderland, nevermind little neighbours Southampton. If you think different then you are really deluded. End of debate.

I like Sunderland, they have good support. But the potential at Sunderland will only get them so far up the ladder. The potential at Portsmouth and the potential crowds dwarfs that of any club outside the premiership and a lot in it. The problem is the stadium and the city is an Island so relocating makes it difficult.

That's my fear. I can't get an ST due to work commitments but I should be able to get to a few games. I'd be gutted (but delighted) if i couldn't get a walk in ticket. If this keeps up, the PC remaining closed and we also do well, ordinary tickets are coming to become quite competitive I think.
There’s nowt better about this club than in times of strife, Sunderland fans show up the fans of shit clubs. This is all making sense now
Can’t see us exceeding 34k in league one even if we are smashing it. Maybe a sell out on the last game if we’ve pissed the league, but I doubt even thatIf this keeps up, the PC remaining closed and we also do well, ordinary tickets are coming to become quite competitive I think.
Not bad. On a side note, Portsmouth have had 25,000 applications for season tickets.
Pompey are the biggest club in league 1 after the rest of the big clubs
