Bit of a late start for me. Someone took a picture if me at Christmas and I didn't see it till February and I felt physically sick.
121kg in February
Started a boot camp type thing mid February but lost interest in the food as it's all just about meat and veg.
Got down to 117kg and I can feel a massive difference and can feel ive got bigger muscle.
Bootcamp is finished next week then I'm starting training for the Great North run. Ive had a bit of success with a low calorie diet in the past so once my GNR training is underway I'm gonna do that.
I'd love to be under 100kg by the time the run comes around but time will tell.
Just seen this. Hope all went well on Tuesday that doesn't sound nice at all.Well done you have made a good start - keep up the good work.
Stuck on same weight but 34 waist trousers fit fine. Got rid of about 7 pairs of jeans today 36 & 38 waist as weight seems to be constant although been off diet for 8 days. Going back on tomorrow so see how it goes, not been able to walk as much due to infection coming back in lungs and affecting breathing big style. Hey Ho, Hospital Tuesday for CT scan and then looking to start treatment to zap the different infection, pesky buggers are in both lungs.

I re-done a fitness test on Monday and improved on everything I done 5 weeks ago. Typically my asthma was giving me trouble for the first time in a while or could ha1ve probably done better.
Hopefully I can keep with my plan of starting training next week cos I'll be gutted to lose any fitness I've gained.
Just started back in the wagon last week and lost 3.5lb this week so far. Happy with that. Aiming for 1-2lb a week following calorie counting on Fitbit and MFP and Richie’s macros loosely.
Are we doing a spreadsheet or owt this time?
14st 10lbs today. Buzzing. Fancy trying to get down to 13.7 by the end of the year.
I was 14 stone 9 last week, the heaviest I've been! 6 foot tall, I want to be nearer 13 stone.
Started on Saturday home made veg broth and a salad. Packed in sarnies for work, having salad, cutting back on chocolate and eating a bit healthier for tea too (cook from fresh every night anyway so wasn't too bad). No beer this week either. I need to at least walk the dog a couple of times a week, I'm going not great on the pins and it's not my job!
Weighed 14st 3 this morning so a canny start Under 14 stone by next weekend is the target but I'll be supping at the match tomorrow.
13.9 today.
Started eating twice as much this week and still lost 3 pounds.
I was one of the ‘ if I eat more calories, fats etc I’ll put on weight ‘.
Never ever thought I’d get this light and lean!
God it has been a struggle after such a quick start.
I had 3 decent nights out in a week largely revolving around the match so I was back up to 14 and a half stone. Haven't had the dog out, laziness after work and cooking tea. Hopefully the lighter nights will get me off the settee.
Anyway still eating healthy at work and trying at home too. Bar the odd beer with a home made curry been pretty good. Weighed in this morning at 14st 2lb.
Love to break back under 14 stone this time next week...
Keep at it mate. Persistence is key, doesn't matter if you do something for a few weeks if you stop it soon the difference will be minimal.Bit of a late start for me. Someone took a picture if me at Christmas and I didn't see it till February and I felt physically sick.

Find a way to completely change your lifestyle to suit being healthier. Learn to cook, enjoy messing around with new recipies. Play around with your macros, change things around regularly but most importantly always give yourself foods which you can enjoy, if you are eating rabbit food 7 days a week sooner or later your mind is going to drive you into absolutely smashing 10'000s of calories worth of shite in.
Best of luck mate.
Good luck with everything.Had been off diet and put on 6 pounds over 6 weeks (greedy git) started eating healthier 2 weeks ago and doing some training.
Back to 13 stone, reducing steroids now over time will be on 12.5 mg for a long time. Immunisation Tablets now 6 a day am and pm. Hospital for lung pre Op check Tuesday.... due in next 2 ir 3 weeks.
So trying to get fit before Op all going well only in for surgery over 2 days....last time was 6 days when it went wrong for a while.
Hopefully will not lose fitness gained....or put weight on. 6 week recovery time minimum.....fingers crossed.
Good luck with everything.
