League and cup double?

Strange comment.

We could go for the double, unsure what the problem is.

Its true though. If we managed to sell 40k tickets or something then where have 15k fans suddenly crawled up from.

Also it seems rare teams are promoted from league 1 and win efl trophy.

Have we got to enter our 1st team or can we enter our under 23's with us still having category 1 academy status?

In addition to we have to enter?

Where did all the fans show up from in 92? I couldn't care less where they come from, as long as we're all there.

Well of course it'll be rare. Doubles tend to be rare.

You can miss it in that case and a fan that's more grateful can go in your place. One less killjoy in our support can only be a good thing.

Nah I'll be there cos I go to every match

1st team and we'll be playing either the mags or Boro in the group stages. Hopefully we play the mags and sell out.

Just imagine, all the years we've taken the p!ss out of the Maggots for never having won anything of note since the 1950's then we start celebrating winning the Checkatrade Trophy we'd only be providing them with ammunition, it's bad enough playing in it never mind suggesting we're going to win it.
I agree. We should enter the competition with the express aim of not winning it. That'll teach 'em.

Anyone?

No idea, I wasn't alive.

Exactly though, teams who get promoted are concentrating on the 46 league matches.

Are you always so serious mate?

I find it baffling that someone would turn their nose up at a trip to Wembley, regardless of the competition. The day/night before the City game was the best part of the weekend.

I think we would sell 40k easy. It's an excuse for a class weekend as much as anything else.

It's still embarrassing though.

It's an awful competition.

As i said before, it would be totally different to the Man City game in 2014. That was a proper cup final, if you think the atmosphere/excitement would be the same then you're going to be disappointed
