Surely those payments are minuscule in comparison to the losses and inconvenience they’ve caused.
 


So glad I left the tsb 3 years ago, now with the Halifax and have had no bother :cool:. I can't imagine how shit this is for everyone currently, it sounds like an absolute nightmare and I hope the IT problems are rectified soon folks xx
 
I completed the online complaint re one of my business accounts together with a compensation claim, received the automated response and nothing else so far. The bank has supposedly engaged with Deloitte to manage the system of redress.
