My initial thoughts were that it would perhaps be turned into flats similar to those that already exist just over the road.Does it have to commercial? Apartments would be OK.
I think you just need to regain a little perspective.OK mate. I've made contact via other means. Am sure if you're minded we can conclude the conversation another day.
The thread has gone weird. Apologies everyone.
Yep.Same design would be canny. The Boulevard a rue de mer.My initial thoughts were that it would perhaps be turned into flats similar to those that already exist just over the road.

Surprised nothing has happened with it sooner. Seemed a good development opportunity of some sort.
Is that the only access those houses have? By the side? Bit restricted.i heard it's summit to do with the access to the houses behind it that's holding things up
So what have the council added, you could walk down the beach a thousand years ago.

Working abroad I seldom have the chance to dip into these forums. Someone alerted me to this thread. And as for your particular grievances I don't live in the Seaburn area so I'm not qualified to really comment. Having said that though I've had previous "discussions" with this Boris Bear individual. Very little enquiry was all that was needed to reveal that they are a fully authenticated card- carrying complotter of the "city" council. I'm afraid that regardless of the rights or wrongs of your stance this Bear character is the type that would defend a Council plan to install a Chernobyl- donated nuclear waste paddling pool at Seaburn. He also has his wingmen here who are always ready at hand to denigrate anyone who rubs against the council sophistry.Avoiding the questions like a wannabe councillor

Ah, we've never previously "intermet" I don't think so cheers for confirming one of my points! Nonentity? Yep, I certainly am! At least in terms of forum postings. Maybe one day I'll achieve the high literary posting status of someone like you. NIMBY? 'Fraid not. If you'd read my post I did actually say that I don't live in Seaburn. In fact I don't live anywhere near.Laughable really. Nonentity NIMBY's trying to pretend they're not.

Still, on a dismal TV nght it's fun to drop something into a thread to arouse the pro-council cohorts!
