The hot sauce thread

It’s proper basic and the colonials will scoff, but Tapatio is so in right now with the North East and Surrounding Areas Hot Sauce Appreciation Society.

Might get some of that, where did you hear about it?

I was given a bottle of hot sauce that my brother brought back from Eleuthera in the Caribbean years ago called Pirates' Revenge. It was lovely and fired off my interest in hot sauces. I found Pain Is Good on the internet while searching for Pirates' Revenge. Then I started growing Habanero peppers to make my own Pain Is Good. And it was bloody good, but not quite as good as the real sauce.

Really you should try it, it's great.
