And I'm sure Huddersfield fans would argue about their place in your "order" - they were the first English club to win three successive titles, a feat that still hasn't been bettered.

More importantly, they're not financially fucked, are they?

Our problems stem from off the pitch. An owner that's given up, and hundreds of millions of pounds worth of debt. Nothing to do with order.

Too right pal. I know most Wolves supporters respect Sunderland fans for their passion and knowledge of the game.
Geordies in general are just big headed twats who Bully managed to score 4 goals against on their manor.

As if they have given up taking the piss man. Said the other week on here two managers at our place both studying the fixtures intensely, predicting likely results for teams around us and praying we go down.

Why would Sunderland fans have more passion and be more knowledgeable any other fans. Glory hunters aside I think your average fan is as passionate as the rest and as knowledgeable as the next.
Not sure why you think you're special but what ever.
 
It's true. If we fade away so much, they will find that they miss us. If we keep falling, the rivalry loses its meaning and competitiveness, the region loses as a whole.

Sunderland are not worth laughing about on their side. On my side, they aren't worth even getting angry, frustrated or sad about anymore, I have just lost all feeling.

Boro in the Championship play offs places.

Gateshead 1 game away from the FA Trophy Final.

South Shields top of their league and attracting massive gates.

Spennymoor and Blyth Spartans in the Conference North Play off places.

Hardly dying on it's arse like.

The irony of a fan dismissing a whole fanbase as big headed whilst claiming some kind of superiority.
I doubt football fans of the vast majority of clubs don't give a shit about Newcastle, Sunderland or Wolves.
As for Newcastle fans not having a laugh that's bollocks and always will be. Both sets of fans will revel in the others misfortune as rivalry dictates, especially when there's nowt else to celebrate.

We are keeping the powder dry for now
 
The minute we fell past a certain point during our demise I stopped even acknowledging the mags or what other clubs think. There's a certain 'level' you need to be at to maintain the 'shite' banter etc and we're well below that. The state of the club is beyond piss-taking and we seriously face administration should we fall into Lg1. Probably the only local institution left these days faces oblivion.

On a lighter note we'll get to start from scratch without the scumbags currently at the club being there.
