I'm Going Vegan

Well in the video I linked to earlier Vegain Gains said animals have rights..
It's all very well for humans to grant animals rights but a lion simply sees a human as an easy meal, nothing more.
I see. I do believe that we have ruined the planet because of the massive advantage the leaps in cognition and knowledge we have used to turn the planet into anew ecological wasteland. If animals were given rights the world might be a better place. But it's all too late for that. Just have to wait until we get ourid comeuppance.

He's been vegan 6 years now, some of the stuff he eats smells superb too.
Not sure where you got B12 tables from in my post mind, I quite clearly posted that he adds Marmite and yeast flakes.

Aye I got ahead of meself, B12 tablets exist and are sort of a running joke on the online vegan community. Bloody expensive too.

If it's health benefits you want, without a load of faff to go with it, look at intermittent fasting instead. Watch the Michael Mosley documentary.

Sorry for the lack of updates.

I've probably been about 75% vegan since this started.

I can't get away with the fake milk, it's just rank (every different type) and I do not believe anyone who says otherwise.

Other than that the vast majority of my meals fit the bill. I have had the odd fish dish but that's it.

Losing some weight but that's not solely down to this. Do I feel better? Well only because I'm far less likely to have a git wass slap up high fat meal now that will make me feel like shite afterwards.

Mind you I've had some class meals that I never thought I would enjoy as much as I have. I'm cooking from scratch a lot more. I would honestly say that it's those things that have been the best things about this, rather than just the cutting out of some food types, it's been the changes in the way I do things.

Still really fancy a steak though.

Nobody gives a shiney ‘vegan’ shite.

You have nailed the first part of being vegan, telling people about it who quite frankly couldn't give a flying fuck
This. Said before a guy on the opposite team to us started here and within 20 minutes he was giving it the old 'I'm vegan' spiel. The other day some guys from the training department came round promoting some new shit and they always give you a bar of chocolate as a bribe. They got to the vegan bloke and the trainer said loudly 'vegan alert!'. There's about 500 people work here and it seems everyone knows he's vegan, it's embarrassing.
