£150,000
£200-£300 a month... and £100 service charge
Freehold managers and managing agents will be pissing themselves all the way to the bank.

What do we think? Is this the future for housing or are we just hamster caging people to get them used to paying massive amounts for tiny spaces in places like London?

They look nice and I'm sure 1G internet is lovely, but they could get a house.
An actual house for less than that and commute into Manchester.

Location, location, location.

Suppose they're ok if you're just looking for somewhere to crash on a night.

I wouldn't fancy living in one though.

It normalises living in matchboxes, done purely for developers to maximise profit.

That said the flat on the link looks relatively big compared to some places I've viewed in London.

Is it not a solution to a lack of space or opportunity? Genuine question

Price aside, that's hardly "small". Just watched the video and it looks quite nice. I didn't see a bedroom though, so I guess the couch folds out? That's a bit of a chew on, but then I do that in my much-smaller caravan....

Properties like that for 3-4x the rent around Ealing area when I was last looking
