Jonjo Shelvey has put in a couple of performances lately. It seems that when he can be arsed and turns it on, he is the creative midfielder for them. No matter what your views on him or them, there's no doubting that the lad has got something, albeit it's not consistent enough.
Indeed. Thing is he needs good movement and runners ahead of him as his strengths are vision and passing. A combination of average team mates and good defensive opposition players is why he struggles more often than not up there. And then struggles lead to frustration and that then highlights his mental fragility.
