Fag end of a long winter tour, which became pretty meaningless after the ashes. Overexposure is ruining international cricket.

I'm watching the first innings again.

My score prediction will come, having been way out tipping 336 the other night.

Looking forward to it but it does mean I miss bbc4 music night

Weather is not the best in Christchurch ,bit overcast with a bit of rain about ,there is another cyclone in the South Pacific and our weather is a bit unstable ,as we get the tail end of them .
Rained heavily yesterday but wicket is usualy full of runs , hope weather doesnt intervene.

Update on the weather ,clouds all burnt off, very sunny and will be for rest of the day . Should get to about 18 degrees.

Kind of how I'm feeling too :(

Hope the upcoming Test Series rejuvenates me.

Too late in the season for a team of England's stature .
Weather is bound to play it's part. It can be as cold as buggery in Christchurh at the back end of March.
We always used to play either the Indians, Parkistanis or Bangladesh in Dunedin at this time of year ,never got their hands out of their pockets. Couldn't run with all the jumpers they had on

Yes that is my concern. Like playing Tests here at the end of September I would imagine. Been quite lucky with the limited overs stuff but noticed from the forecasts that there's been rain a day or two either side of the matches.

So it's the Chester-le-street of NZ?!

Will probably watch a bit of it when I get in from work, but meh.

Looking forward to the proper cricket now!
