12 mile around trip but the wife (no) swears she fills the car when it's low on diesel, I beg to differ mind

My car has a 73 litre tank and costs over £80 to fill and doesnt even give 300 miles of range lol , mind you its only been filled to the top once and that was by the garage on the day I bought it. (Nissan 370Z Nismo 339bhp)

As mentioned by @Epping and @Frijj above Weat Auckland is often a hot spot for cheap(er) fuel. I find going to or coming back from Lakes this way the fuel is often 2 or even 3p a litre cheaper at Sainsburys by the football ground

Full tank gets me roughly 430 mile, even though it’s never below the half way mark before I fill back up.

Costs me around £45-48 to fill the tank up with diesel and I get around 500 miles for that.

I picked my car by specific engine type for fuel efficiency because I'm sad like that.

I don't really see the point monitoring your fuel consumption. Will it make you change your driving style, or drive less?
