So that's Birmingham, Bolton and Burton all losing so all's not lost. We just need to finish 21st, I'd absolutely take finishing on 35/36 points and limping to survival as long as there's 3 worse sides.

Still makes you think why Short didn't address this in the Prem by bringing in quality to at least compete in the Prem. Really don't know what he was thinking just letting things slide and bringing in loans and freebies. The same thing is going to happen this year by going into league 1, the question is where does it stop?

Because he doesn't f***ing care and only wants to line his pockets

For a net £1m. That’s about 90k per player.

Like I said, it’s embarrassing that some people still don’t understand what they’re watching. The same idiots will be shouting for Coleman’s head soon enough, and round and round we go.
Whereas Grayson was shite it doesn’t take a genius to know the problems are not due to management. Years of shite decisions at the top whilst not investing properly. At least we keep paying those interest charges to the “not attached to short et al in any way” American financiers.

Ellis has really shot himself in the foot (he would probably miss if he actually tried) by not investing in the Summer he has reduced the potential value of a sale by millions and if they get relegated (which looks extremely likely) he will practically need to give it away.
It’s what I don’t understand, at least Ashley was smart enough to realise his club would be worth fuck all as a championship side, Ellis hasn’t twigged on he won’t get back the original fee he paid the Irish lot if we find ourselves in league one.

I have not posted this prior but I was talking to a bloke who I know who was talking to a head of an arm funded and 'owned' by SAFC and he reckoned the Germans and Short have been in talks for months under the radar (and that's why nick Barnes got bollocked) and a deal could be completed January and that's why Coleman agreed to come.

I was sceptical but by god am I now dreaming even more.

Dropping to League One will be disastrous for us, anyone thinking otherwise needs their head examining. That said I don't think Ellis will put his hand in his pocket and therefore it will be a miracle if we stay up.

Can't blame anyone for staying away next week.
Just bought the 4 game tickets
Oh dear

He’s not going to back him. I don’t know how much more clear him, Bain or Coleman can be.

Amazing isnt it. Went into the January transfer window without spending. Got relegated in May with Moyes resigning after realising there was no money to spend. Ended the August transfer window without spending. Throughout the whole time the rare official statements from the club insisted expenditure would not happen. Yet still people expect the club to spend money in the next transfer window.
