No, it's not a new line of Ben Stokes endorsed timepieces - its updates of the greatest all-rounder in world cricket as he goes about getting fit to hopefully save the urn from certain disaster (falling into Australian hands).

22:00 - Canterbury v Otago (50 over game)

Not sure if this was posted on the other thread, but amusingly the player Stokes is replaying in the Canterbury side is out as he was arrested and found guilty of assaulting someone on a night out, set to be charged in Jan. Naturally nothing to read into what that means for Stokes, but an amusing, quirky link. The guy in question played for Blaydon in the NEPL for a few years - Ken McClure.

Yeah, saw that. The Mail reporting on it probably tells you all you need to know.

Canterbury 221-9 off 50 overs.

Stokes played on off a spin bowler, saw the wicket on Sky.

Shit score, he needs to hit his straps with the ball.

Stokes opening the bowling but getting a bit tap. 2 overs for 14.

Good idea to get him a game as it seems he's a bit rusty.

9 overs, no wickets, Canterbury lost.
