Best Male Vocalist

Harket has a great voice. Very underrated. His voice on Lifelines is brilliant. His solo album sung in Norwegian is really good too
Love Lifelines great vocals and video. The new MTV unplugged album is great too mate showcases his beautiful voice well.

That bassist is much better than Roger Glover.

Oh and my answer is Lemmy.
I was thinking the same thing about the bassist like. Oh and Little Richard. Did anybody mention him yet?

Two good and very different choices.

How about this: Tom Jones and Solomon Burke making Robert Plant take third place :D

For me Ronnie James Dio was always a big favourite especially in Rainbow. Also Steve Perry and Lou Gramm.
Paul Rodgers and Glenn Hughes are probably two of the best who have kept their voices in great shape even today.
Then I`d have to mention Solomon Burke, probably the best singer I have ever seen perform live and Sam Cooke, Marvin Gaye, Levis Stubbs, Otis Redding from the Soul side and BB King, Freddie King and Howlin' Wolf from the Blues side and of course Elvis would have to be in there too.

I can't believe I forgot to mention Dio. Another tiny little guy with a gigantic voice.

I forgot to mention Little Richard. When he let`s rip and does his holler it`s great.

Not to derail the thread or anything but do you know anything about the economics of some of these bands touring? That Graham Bonnet band for instance. You've got the band and presumably a road crew doing what look like really small shows. How the hell does that even pay for itself? I saw a Don Airey video a while ago, I think it was his own band, similar small show. How do they even break even?
