It was Benedetto, he is a starter for Argentina in real life so I don't know if that qualifies for being a billboard but it's completely missing the point about being majorly disappointed getting a 350 coin player instead of what you imagined?

The billboards only appear at the sides for players rated 83 or above, or informs/special cards.

Putting 5 against Legendary appears to be no problem for me now, its conceding them where I'm losing me points. I struggle against 85 OVR+ teams also and Tuesday's games have kindly given me x2 88 OVR's with 90 Aguero and International Hero (purple) 94 Messi upfront, joy.
