Can you rewrite that in English mate.

"Another object in space is due to pass close to the planet earth. It is said to be approximately the size of an average house. If my Sky TV service goes off I will only be able to presume that one of the boffins at NASA got their sums wrong and that, as a direct result of this, we were not forewarned of what ultimately proved to be the demise for many of earth's inhabitants"

I'm not watching a man do press ups while my trousers are around my ankles.

me heavy breathing , while you strain it out :eek:

The flyby will be safe, and the asteroid, 2012 TC4, will miss Earth – but it gives NASA a chance to test its new ‘planetary defence system’. NASA hopes to use an international network of observatories to track 2012 TC4 – which could pass as close as 4,200 miles or as far away as 170,000 miles.

Thanks for the translation marra.

The Aliens would protect us from a massive asteroid strike.

Tangenically linked but...

Can someone tell me if Pluto has been reclassified as a planet/dwarf planet again? I'm having an argument with someone saying it's not a planet.
I'm convinced I read it had been reinstated.

Its not a planet any more, its actually smaller than our moon.

I dont think Pluto has been formally reclassified as a planet again after it was formerly declassified in 2006.
