Ok, I don't endorse Atkins diets in fairness. Minimise carbs then.Completely cutting out carbs is f***ing stupid, and he will have needed carbs to power his workouts for this pysique unless he had certain advantages.
It isn't stupid by the way, fat is the foodstuff we are designed to metabolize to create energy. Carbs are much easier to metabolize but they create stress hormones like insulin and cortisone as we ingest them, so they are so so so bad and arguably kill you.
Sugar and carbs (sugars) are a great energy source, and I always ibgest it before excercise, but you don't need it and it causes cancer.
