I reckon today could be a corner turned - next 4 fixtures are QPR (h), Brentford (a), Bristol City (h) and Bolton (h), could easily get 10-12 points from them. Grabban, Watmore and Williams to come back in too...give the man time ffs. The negativity on here is stifling at times.

Umm, his payoff is determined by his contract. The only relevance in how long he's been in the job is that his payoff will be higher now than later, as there's longer left on his contract.

Watmore coming back & hopefully McManaman, Grabban, McGeady & Williams can stay fit which will make us more dangerous going forward. He needs to sort out his back 4 and I'd get Ruiter back in too.

If he can't make us more solid and difficult to beat then his time will eventually run out anyway. I'm not Short will entertain another potential relegation

Maybe so but thats out of our control unfortunately. We need to show some defensive resilience as that's what we control. Instead we come out for the second half and concede 2. I know it happens in football but it's not good enough

We're 23rd place man. Won 1 game in 11. Even if we won those 4 games and every other side didn't play we still wouldn't be in the play offs

Not as bad as this. A large part of the problem for me is that he changes the defence every game

It is going to take any manager a few seasons to make any sort of difference. Today we played ok, som poor refereeing decisions went against us. Keeper should have walked and at least 1 out of 4 penalty shouts you’d expect to get..

Unless you can come up with a manager to improve us then Grayson needs to be given time
