Simon Grayson - please go now. Cheers.

The thing is you just can't ever imagine him managing a premier league club. Can you imagine him handling the likes of Ozil or Aguero? Or pitting his wits against Mourinho? It's just a f***ing joke ever getting him involved.

That's why our philosophy is to sign Brittish players marra. The problem is, the majority are average, lack intelligence and have been born into a drinking culture. All they're arsed about is playing golf. Football seems to be an inconvenience to them.

I would say someone who has the club at heart has every right to criticise the players and performances. They certainly have more right than a paid employee doing a shite job has to criticise fans, whether they go or not. I would also suggest that someone saying we haven't been outplayed yet shouldn't be taken seriously at all. We are in the shite from top to bottom but this bloke is making a pigs of ear of what we have and a mockery of the fans. He needs to go

Out of depth. We got a lot more dropping to do before we recover. Desperate for new owner chairman chief exec, manager, mindset and players

So Grayson thinks that critical Sunderland fans are "coming out of the woodwork" and they "don't know what it's like to go to Ipswich on a Tuesday night".

Big mistake.

In fact, a fatal mistake to turn on the fans.

Thousands of Sunderland fans know exactly what it's like to travel all over the country on a Tuesday night.
And they'll be there long after this idiot has been sacked.

They didn't know what it was like to be below Burton Albion until
Grayson arrived mind you.

And they're not coming out of the woodwork. They're disappearing into it to hide from this shambles of a team.

He's turned on the fans after 10 games - in fact he mentioned moaning fans after the 9th game v Cardiff.

He sat there today and in all seriousness said that the Ipswich game was close.

He f***ing said that they were on the ropes at 4-2 up.
He did. He really did say that.

He said that we had chances to get something from the game.

We conceded 5 goals man you f***ing prick. We needed to score 5 goals to get a draw.

So what do the happy clapping morons think of this then? Stick with him for stability?

He's worse than Moyes. By a distance. There I've said it.

Fuck off Grayson. Fuck off from our club now.
Don't hold back mate!

Can even the biggest Grayson fan realistically think he would take us up and keep us up? The bloke has zero pedigree. He's been a manager for a decade (?) and has never got a sniff of the PL. Either through his own skill or being poached.

He was an utterly shit appointment from day one. The chickens are now coming home to roost. No credible, ambitious club would have appointed/appoint him as manager.

CRAP is the word you're looking for marra.

Summed the situation up perfectly. Good post.

I thought he would have done a half decent job, he did OK at Leeds and Preston. we are a club with no money I thought he may have steadied the ship so to speak after relegation. I was wrong he's been abysmal, he doesn't seem to have a clue.

Wilko sounds like a breath of fresh air in comparison. He scores a massive zero in the charisma stakes.

Oh no, we cant possibly be critical of the fans, despite the fact that them turning on players, particularly at home has for many years been part of the problem...Players are shit scared of playing at the SOL as the boo boys turn on them at the first sign of a mistake......Its gone on for years.......Our fans can be the 12th man, they never shut up against the scum and never turn on the players, ironically we generally have good results against them....On the flip side when things are not going well you can see the players freeze as the groans from the stands meet every missed pass...

While fans can slag off the players as much as they want, they have their own role to play and to spout the bollox that "we pay are money so its ok to boo"......Well you are actually right but if that is what you choose to do then like fuck should you complain when those players are shit scared of playing at home and we struggle even more.

When a club is struggling like we are then EVERYBODY in the club needs to look at how they can improve things and where they might be playing a part in the struggle......Sadly fans seem to like to blame everybody else but if you suggest for one nano second they are part of the problem then all hell is unleashed.

Sorry like and I will get pelters for this but our fans are part of the problem, something that is a choice cause on their day they can be the difference between winning and losing.

Aye , I was going to mention that in my OP.
I bet Mick Mac was telling him how he had impatient fans up here too.

You've just beaten your mate 5-2. Of course you'll be nice about it.

And he would be right....Took most the thick fuckers 4 years longer than some of us to work out that Short was the problem not the managers.

I really dont care what he has to say to be honest as actions speak louder than words.

He has messed up the keepers no end, I have no idea with his actions who he rates, who he thinks should be number 1 a complete cock up thats left him stuck in a corner now.

Whats his best team? Now we all have our own ideas on who should or shouldnt be played, but when the manager doesnt have a clue, swaps and changes as the wind blows no wonder the fans are worried and confused and asking questions, add to the fact he doesnt have a style of play or a formation he likes, it just makes him look like an idiot to the fans.

Has he changed a game midway, answer to that is yes but always makes things worse it seems, sets a team up before the game, game starts, players look clueless, quick change everything and hope for the best, its like a really bad fifa manager, reacting instead of trying to find our own way.

I really think if we had started the season without a manager we would have the same amount of points if not more, it seems to me more than one player isnt playing for him.

At the end of the day he isnt here to give us good or bad PR he is here to manage the players, to instill a system the players are able to play and to get some points on the board, can any one say hand on heart he has achieved this.

I hate the manager merry go round like the rest of you, but we cant keep a person who isnt working just to break the cycle. When we find a manager that can do the basics then we should stick, even if his results are poor to start with, all I ask is to beable to see a little progress, with Grayson I cant see any and it just seems to be getting worse.

Ironic given some of the players who have consistently proven to not give a shot and not put in a shift for the club over recent times are

Kone

Khazri (muslim so won't drink)

Lens

But aye, those British players are all piss heads that dont care.

We've pretty much been in the bottom 3 for approaching 6 years. I actually think our fans are f***ing patient on the whole. We've lurched from crisis to crisis

Can you imagine the mags through this period, or Spurs or a West Ham. Or pretty much any f***ing club. We must have one of the worst records in Europe over the past 6 years. Maybe even the worst.

The fans are not the f***ing problem
