Doesn't matter if it's a fan who goes to every game or a one in Timbuktu his record deserves all the scrutiny it's getting . He needs to shut it and get on with his well paid job something is struggling very badly at.
Which is what I said, he shouldn't have said it in public

That's what I've just said, he shouldn't of said it, all I said was part of what he's said is right
So if the 100000 of so safc fans, turned up home and away, his comments are fair enough?

It's a sign he is on the way. We have seen bullshitters before and coming out with that is adiós time

He's not going anywhere the club can't afford to sack him. Don't understand all the uproar about his comments, I didn't go to Ipswich it I'm not offended or pissed off with his comments. There's more to worry about in life than what he's said

It's the tone. Was there a need for it? He has not got a leg to stand on, making this comment. We are second bottom of the table. His management has achieved that.

If he thinks that already, then does he deserve the job?

Only thing that gives me hope is the fans of all the other clubs he's managed, Huddersfield aside, still hold him in high regard. I'm willing to give him a fair few more games before I turn on him, the real cancer of the club is Short and the board. Some of our players are utterly rotten too namely Lamine Kone who has been a total and utter disgrace. Having said that Grayson made him captain which is astounding, but how much power does Kone hold in the dressing room ? We still have O'Shea and Cattermole too who have seen off countless managers. I just think it's more deep rooted than him, a hell of a lot more, but being unable to compete with Barnsley, Sheff United and Ipswich was unacceptable.

Has he really had a dig at the fans?
Yes on TV and press.

"They don't know, what it's like to go to Ipswich on a Tuesday night?

Absolute shite imo. Also only regular attendees can comment.

That will be down to 100s in the sol, with his management being retained

At least Fatty Bruce and Poyet had been here a while before they slagged us off, Graysons been invited to a party, walked through the door and slagged off the people who are paying for it before he's took his coat off.
Once you turn on the support you are fecked.......... Well under normal circumstances you are, Bain and Short will probably give him a pat on the back and extend his contract.

Nothing wrong with what he said. I welcome his honesty.

Has he really had a dig at the fans?

No, he said people will start coming out of the woodwork being critical despite not going to games. He’s right. You only have to look on here to see that.

So Grayson thinks that critical Sunderland fans are "coming out of the woodwork" and they "don't know what it's like to go to Ipswich on a Tuesday night".

Big mistake.

In fact, a fatal mistake to turn on the fans.

Thousands of Sunderland fans know exactly what it's like to travel all over the country on a Tuesday night.
And they'll be there long after this idiot has been sacked.

They didn't know what it was like to be below Burton Albion until
Grayson arrived mind you.

And they're not coming out of the woodwork. They're disappearing into it to hide from this shambles of a team.

He's turned on the fans after 10 games - in fact he mentioned moaning fans after the 9th game v Cardiff.

He sat there today and in all seriousness said that the Ipswich game was close.

He f***ing said that they were on the ropes at 4-2 up.
He did. He really did say that.

He said that we had chances to get something from the game.

We conceded 5 goals man you f***ing prick. We needed to score 5 goals to get a draw.

So what do the happy clapping morons think of this then? Stick with him for stability?

He's worse than Moyes. By a distance. There I've said it.

Fuck off Grayson. Fuck off from our club now.
I agree but only if you promise I can have Di Canio back

Nothing wrong with what he said. I welcome his honesty.
Could he add to this honesty, in taking 1% of the totally chaotic style of management, being to blame, for this terrible start to a season?

None of that forthcoming. We will have our 11th different starting 11 tomorrow
