Need to drive Ellis out of Sunderland.

Is there anyone on this board who works for the club/has connections?

I agree that he has to go but as a serious question, how do you get rid of an owner? Look at Blackpool and Charlton, they've had much worse and it took ages. Short isn't going anywhere anytime soon I don't think, which is f***ing depressing.
He said he would back us. He hasn't, he's a f***ing liar

The easiest place to start is to stop buying merchandise (easy to do given the home top is shit), dont buy food and drink in the ground, dont bet in the ground. Just stop giving the Yank your cash it is the only thing he understands.

SAFC takes the cash, not Ellis Short. Even if he did, I doubt he would give a shit about a few grand every other week.

Putting money from his own pocket has he? That 140M debt must be owed to him not us then I take it?
Any other club that had our level of debt without the assets to secure it against would have called in the administrators by now.
Ffs, I know you like your mental conspiracy theories, but the money the club brings in does not go into Shorts back pocket. It's already been covered on this thread. Are you saying Short is committing fraud?

Good start that, basically we don't pay for shorts gain.. i like that

Most people applauded him when poyet signed, when advocaat signed, when allardyce signed and when moyes signed. All bar 1 absolutely shite in the end. Hindsight makes us all brilliant decision makers.

Not everyone.

It doesn't matter whether we agreed with some of his appointments at the time anyway, since his tied most of their hands behind their backs. All of the managers you speak of didn't have very good things to say about him in the end. In fact all the managers under him slagged him off, they all can't be wrong can they?

How did we accrue such levels of debt by the way? Was it spending beyond our means, flying high in the premiership or was it financial ineptitude by our 'benevolent' owner?

If by fraud you mean a cowboy masquerading as a football owner then yes, he's guilty as charged.
