Do we envy the Mags too much?

Because kept Benitez, spent £50m on new players and were certainties to win the league.
Easy to seem superior, when things are going their way. If they were in our position, there's not a f***ing chance they would keep those figures, bullshit for some of the resident mags on here to suggest otherwise.

Not looking for an arguement but please can you expand on this further? What exactly have you gone through that we wouldnt?
Having to look out of our windows and seen you lot, while yous in the other hand have been able to bask in out reflective glory. ;)

More the abject misery that we always have, not saying you haven't had some bad times or that we haven't had any good times, but each time you've gone down you've done it by a small margin, when you've been down you've had a massive budget each time.

We on the other hand when we go down our team doesn't even look like a pub team, the squad that went down wouldn't be good enough to win this league and now we don't even have that.

It's actually not a criticism of yourselves because you've always had great support despite lots of reasons to sack it off but the only times out ever really got anything like what we seem to go through was under McLaren when sc holders we not going to games.

They envy how classy we are. Their attempt at class with that cancer flyover :oops::oops:

Two bald men fighting over a comb, as ever.

I'd prefer it if we were arguing over who was going to win the league like the Manchester clubs (the answer is still Chelsea, but you get my point)

As other have said, 'envy' isn't quite the word I'd use.

I will admit to finding their antics amusing at times and, much as Voltaire prayed that his enemies would be ridiculous, we must be among the most blessed sets of supporters in English Football in that sense at least...
