Grayson has to rebuild a broken, demoralised and shite side on a shoestring budget. The fact we have just conceded from the mistake of a £8 million waste is a testimony to the problems he's having to overcome here. It will take time, but I've no reason to believe he can't do the job in the long run.

We have less possession on the ball than Carlisle. In fact, I believe we've had less possession than any other side we've played so far in the league this season. Yet again, we have a manager that plays a style where he's happy to just give up possession, it's shit to watch.
