If people posted what make and model of the handsets others will be able to work it out.

I'm guessing that the most affected are iPhone users?

I've said about 3 times on this thread that I can get it looked into if people inbox me their number and device type - so far not 1 person has

Mine's a Sony XZ.

It's been working since I did the IPv4 fix that Roger posted.

No issues anywhere here with two EE accounts. One personal and one business.

Ones in an iPhone 7 Plus and the other in a one plus 3.

This is from Sunderland to teeside way Monday to Friday last week.

Not device specific though, so should it matter? If @Roger has identified where the routing is failing shouldn't that be enough to work with?
I can try and sort a traceroute too and send that across if it helps?
Not sure mate, ni

not sure mate, I'm not techy enough just passed info on as requested and reply I got back was to try and get mobile numbers and devices types - if people don't want to do that then fine, can only suggest a call to 150

No, Android here. It works fine on ip4 just not on ip6 as there is a problem with EE not routing correctly.

Still failing at exact same point in the network between 2a01:4c8:f800:80f2::2 and 2a01:4c8:f800:80f2::3 for me.

A reminder that anyone running Android there is a temporary workaround here
