EE mobile internet problem

If anyone knows how to get a message through to EE Networking support people, in my case a traceroute appears to show an infinite loop on IPv6 between 2a01:4c8:f800:80f2::2 and 2a01:4c8:f800:80f2::3

(I realise this will make no sense to most "normal" people!)
I'll get this to the right people now mate

All to make it easier for people to store them in a spreadsheet!

I tried and failed miserably earlier, but I made the mistake of relying on webchat!
If anybody still having issues can you inbox me your mobile numbers and ill get them fed into the network team

Not working here still this morning. I will try and get some diagnostic tools downloaded onto my phone and see if I can work out where in the chain this is breaking down.

It looks like a problem with the IPv6 routing within EE, its getting stuck in a loop between two EE routers from what I can see.

I know there are a few people here working at EE - is there any way I can get to speak directly to the networking people, or get the information passed to them?
Send me your number mate via inbox

Similar issue for me, last couple of days been intermittently getting bounced off with the error message can't connect, RTG unexpectedly closed the connection

I can confirm that this is a problem with routing in the EE IPv6 network. If you get an IPv4 address, everything works fine.

There is a workaround on android which I have tested, whilst far from ideal it will work until the day EE sort the problem out.

Follow the steps
here, selecting IPv4 for the "EE Internet" APN then reboot your phone and you should be able to access RTG again.

Interestingly, I am having this problem and I am set to IPv4 already

I was down near Bournemouth Monday till Yesterday and it wouldn't work. It wouldn't work all the way back up the country either.

I nearly crashed a couple of times trying to get it working.

I'm not a techy and haven't a clue about what to do,but I've had problems with EE for ages and eventually convinced them, after a bit of aggro, they were in breach of their contract with me by not supplying a reliable network signal. I cancelled my deal with them, with no penalty ,and went to O2 a couple of months ago. No problems since. In my experience EE are shit.
