I think we'll finish about 8th.

We'll have a poor start and be about 15th in December, mainly as there are a few teams worse than us, but will start to pickup a little bit of form after Christmas, which will see us move up the table and be outsiders for the playoffs... but our form will drop off with about 6 games to go and we'll drop to 8th.
 
Until we've played a few league games it's impossible to tell how we'll do this season. We don't even know the starting 11 yet ffs :lol:

This is what it boils down to and I have little faith that it will be anything other than a further dumbing down quality wise.....although they'll run about a lot.

Lower third finish for me....and it could look a lot worse if losing momentum sets in after a difficult start.

Good positive stuff. I think we will be bottom 8 even if the likes of Lens stays. I wouldn't expect him to be motivated and perform at this level. If he goes I doubt we will replace him with sufficient quality. You need as a team to be good enough and all wanting the same thing. I don't think we tick either box. We could finish mid table if we get our shit together but think we are more likely to have a catastrophic season than a successful one.

You imagine right. Theres not a chance in hell this squad of players is going to be anywhere near winning the championship.

Imo theres not a chance in hell you lot will seriously challenge the play offs.

I knew you lot had a tough future ahead after relegation but not in my wildest dreams did i imagine your recruitment was going to be as bad as it is.

I don't think there's any real chance Lens will stay despite what I said about having more quality going forward if he and others did and tbh I'm not sure I'd want him and certainly not Kone as well potentially stinking the place out. A lot of playing at this level will come down to accepting it and their attitudes and I don't believe those two, given past experiences, will want it enough. The problem is replacing them.
