Just done it about 10 mins ago, really sharp pain when I look over left shoulder turning head and neck.

Taken some paracetamol and ibuprofen, but do I need something stronger? Perhaps a line?

Back aids man

If you're lucky you've just pulled a muscle. Get in a hot shower and direct the water onto the affected area then gently rotate your head and neck. If you're unlucky you've pinched a nerve and you'll have a tingling sensation in your fingers and a feeling of pressure on the inside of your upper arm. If this is the case I'm not sure what you can do. It happened to me and it just went away on its own after a few weeks of gentle stretching exercises. Good luck.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I've decided I'm going to the pub for lunch as a pint and some food will comfort me in my time of need.
