Underrated bands

They certainly are or at least were when I seen them down Easington many moons ago.
Is it only one of the brothers in the band now?

Was that at the Rock Garden? If so I was there.

The Nimmo Brothers still tour but they both have side projects.

Stevie does solo acoustic gigs and his side project is the Stevie Nimmo Trio.

Alan's main band now is King King.

Stevie's Trio are jaw droppingly good.

think thats what it was called, on "main" street left hand side travelling down from Sunderland.
Went down with Rob (whole Hog) and Howie Martin (Brass Alley) RIP as they went down with some PA after the band had a problem with theirs. They seemed to gig down that way a lot at the time and as you say quality playing off each other superbly!
Will watch out for their other projects , cheers

Aye, that was the place. A good mate of mine, John Robson was involved with the promotion.

I know the name but haven't listened to them. On at the Cluny in October apparently.

Aye, I've seen them at the Cluny a few times. They've got a great local following.

If blues rock is your sort of stuff then they come highly recommended.

Slightly more mainstream but to me very underrated, Grant Lee Buffalo.

Their first album Fuzzy is a gem.
