Reading this forum and many saying that the club and the dressing room would be too big for Grayson.

With all due respect to Sunderland, a huge club that it is, Leeds is every bit as big and Grayson was very successful there.

He has proven he can manage a big club with big expectations.

If you're going to be critical at least be accurate rather than talking rubbish.

TBF marra, we've got more going for us than Leeds or Preston, even with our shit owner still in tow, however what will be will be....

Un-fortunately the truth hurts some times.

Other than the fact he wasn't 'very successful' at Leeds. He was sacked for being mid table in this league.

2008/09 - took over with Leeds 11th in League 1. Finished 4th after setting club record of 11 home wins in a row. Finished 4th and lost in play off semi final.

2009/10 - Won automatic promotion. Beat Man Utd at Old Trafford in Fa Cup. Took Spurs to a replay.

2010/11 - Finished 7th in championship scoring 81 goals, missing out on play offs by 1 point.

2011/12 - Left the club having criticised the lack of investment in the playing squad. Leeds were 3 points off the play offs when he left. Finished 16 points off.

All the above with little or no money being spent on players and key players being sold in each transfer window.

Watch these performances by a League 1 team.
