The main Twitter source seems to have been created end of last month, has 6 tweets and only 150+ followers. Will wait for the bbc before believing it.

The Express have done shocking there, writing an article on a claim.

Granted it doesn't look promising, but wait for it to be official before writing an article surely.
 
Awful if true.

I could not remember if he was still on the books at the Mags, checked the wikipedia page and it already has 'Died 5th June 2017' listed :(

Sadly, it has been confirmed that Cheick Tiote has died in China at the age of 30. RIP.
