I have £205k across two mortgages - no other debt!

lots on a mortgage, tend to be more tentative with cars and credit cards as cars depreciate rapidly and credit cards should only be used for short term loyalty points / insurance cover etc (my view)

Car finance that runs out next year, a credit card with a bit on. Got a lump tucked away from a house sale that is invested in various places, will cost me more than the interest in paying to remove it from those ventures.

Probably about 8k altogether, very manageable.

In the running for a new job so if I get that I can be credit card and overdraft free by Christmas. If not it'll take another year or so to pay off.

Student loan will take me a long time. Probably 25-30 years to pay off.

I don't earn over the payment threshold yet, so that's just sitting accumulating interest.
