If you hate it, don't watch it. If sufficient people stop watching it because they believe there's some kind of unfair bias, the "bias" will sharp be addressed.

Also, from what you've described it sounds like they lead with an update the big scandal coming out of Newcastle United that's making headlines nationally, then followed up with a report about how your club looks likely to be relegated, which is hardly breaking news.

Listening to BBC total sport once, the presenter says we've had loads of complaints from Sunderland fans that we are only talking about Newcastle.

Then he said, we've also had roughly the same number of complaints from Newcastle fans saying we only focus on Sunderland.

He said we usually get this every show.



Look if you don't like it, watching it isn't compulsory. Turn over at the sports bit. It's not like you can't get/find Sunderland news anywhere else.
