We don't know what's going on behind the scenes but I'm pretty sure it runs deeper than Jones like. Sadly They've been shit for years

It's a great show and he's the main reason.

Each to their own marra, I used to watch it occasionally pre Kodi but personally felt the show lost all credibility a long time since, dickheads like Merson, Thompson etc screaming in the background and trying to make Liverpool getting a corner sound exciting might be entertaining for some but not me.

I can't stand Merson but think it's a great show for football fans. Stelling's a local lad made good and personally I think it's refreshing to have a personality who supports a small club from up here as opposed to the usual Chelsea Man Utd plastics.
I'm pretty sure in years to come people will remember the show with affection.

If you'd said 15 years ago that 4 guys sitting in front of screens talking about matches we can't see would make good television, you'd have been laughed at. It shouldn't work, but it does, and a lot of it is down to Stelling. compare the Saturday programmes to the occasional mid-week ones that he doesn't front.

You don't know what has gone on. He threatened to do it on air if Jones wasn't moved on. He will have had contact with/ from the club.
Once he threatened it he had to do it. He us a fan of the club, even a blind man knows that, he is showing his anger at what's going on the best way he can.
I applaud him. Jones should have gone weeks ago but it seems he is untouchable.
