Fit or Unfit

This. Cardio is fine , fit as a decent 40 year old at 60 but injuries mean I can't run
I'm not supposed to as two prolapse discs don't take the impact, but I still do two runs a week, a fell and a ten miler. I also swim once a week, not in school holidays and do an hour with my machines and weights at home, but very carefully. So usually four sessions a week at 52yrs old and I feel fine.
 
Fit ? Yes. Fittest i've ever been. Fit for football ? No.
Even in my 30's when i played loads of squash,we organised a game of 5 a side. After 2 minutes i thought i was going to have a heart attack.
 
Worst condition I've ever been in. To be fair I was military for 14 years so was in excellent condition. Got a pretty bad knee injury a few month ago and only just getting back into training again

However, I'm probably fitter than some of our lot
