Just started hitting the treadmill once again but i keep getting tightness and a pulling on my tendons. Anyone got any remedies for this such as vitamins that might help or stretching excercises or anything else ?
 


Warm up - fast walking for example. Then stretch (you dont want to try and stretch cold muscles), do your running. Stretch again (even more important than 1st stretch)

Stretch stretch and more stretching. I was walking like I'd been bummed with a tree trunk after running, found that stretching when I woke up on a morning for a minute or two really helped. As well as a good one after running.
 
Whenever I run on a treadmill both my calves start to cramp up within 5 minutes. I can run fine for any amount of time outside but i struggle on treadmills. Any ideas why this is?
