He's certainly imaginative but not particularly funny, he's more of a curiosity because you have no idea where he's going next and I'm pretty sure he was heavily influenced by Vic and Bob but there randomness hits the spot a lot more often, imo of course.

There's a lot of Vic Reeves in the way he speaks and his choice of words. Never use a more common word if another can be selected for effect. Roger Monkhouse has a similar style of delivery but is funny.

Hes a bit like Micky Flanagan what hes saying isnt really that funny but people who arent from where they are from think its funny because of the daft accents
I agree to an extent because Noble and a few other don't get past first base with me because I can't stand their voice .The material and general act of those two is gulfs apart

He won me over in that program when he rode his motorbike around Australia doing standup in tiny towns in the middle of nowhere. It can't be easy to go on stage in front of a few hicks, with nothing prepared except the idea to talk about a few local things.

amazingly different people find different things funny.....

I am baffled as to why anybody thinks mrs browns boys or only fools and horses is funny

comedy for cretins as far as I can see.....but each to their own

It amazes me that anybody goes to see him as he is a crock of shit, an earlier OP summed it up best he is a male Miranda. Just stupid stories that are not funny and I can't watch QI if he is on as I want to smash the TV.

I like him me like, never seen any of his recent shows but I've seen him live a couple of times years ago and thought he was excellent

See I dont know because I was watching a bit of micky flanagan the other day, and he was doing a bit about sauce, the only thing of note was that every time he said sauce he said it like 'sorce' and the crowd were in kinks
