varies between 50 and 100 depending on how much is in the freezer or cupboards
skip the odd week bar getting a few beg and milk/ bread
this weeks came in at about £70 but that did include a bix 70 wash box of washing poweder that was a tenner before I started.
and she made me waste £2 on 2 bunches of daffodils
she also has in her head to get more soya stuff so some soya yoghurts, butter etc...
If I wanted I could feed a family of 4 well for £40 a week. that would be food onloy from the supermarket. wouldn't include toiletries etc.
