Didn't work on WiFi ,as soon as I put them on 4g through Vodafone came on straight awayInteresting.
Most likely that the site itself was down for a while. It's not really in ISP's interest to block websites without a court order.
I have to use a vpn for work!
I've been using torrent sites for donkeys years now, 3 of the sites I use have been blocked, I used to use a VPN but opera browser comes with one (just needs enabling in settings)
