Any recent TV dramas we should be looking out for?
Posted this a few weeks ago on another thread.

Telly wise third series of Arvingerne kicks off January 1st and fourth series of Badehotellet kicks off early next year, too.
New drama series Veni Vidi Vici has a premiere time in Spring and Gidseltagningen (a new series from the folks who did Forbrydelsen) doesn't yet have a specific date but sometime in 2017. Said to be a 'psycological crime thriller'.
Mercur, another new drama series has a 2017 premiere time as well.
Herrens Veje is a new series am looking forward to in particular. It is penned by the same people who wrote Borgen. The first series is set to premiere here in the Autumn with series two in 2018.
Oh, and if you weren't aware then series four of Broen is underway, too. Unfortunately not till 2018 but it is coming. Happy Days.
There have been a few decent Danish movies out this year as well, will happily list them for you if you like ?
Oh, and series two of Follow the Money has recently finished on the small screen here in DK. Should reach UK screens sometime soon, too am sure.

Cheers! Will look out for Gidseltagningen and Herrens Veje, in particular.

While you're still here @alexander I've just noticed there's a drama on more4 or E4 here called The Team. Lars Mikkelsen - so I've tivoed it of course! Is it any good? About a billionaire suspected of masterminding a human trafficking network. Sounds like fun!
I 'lost' the first series when my tivo box died on me - do I have to have watched the first series for the second to make sense?Series two of Follow the Money begins on BBC 4 tonight at nine. The first two episodes back to back.
i've just caught up on series 1 last night, and i would say yes you need to see series one (not that i've seen series 2 yet!).I 'lost' the first series when my tivo box died on me - do I have to have watched the first series for the second to make sense?
Bums.i've just caught up on series 1 last night, and i would say yes you need to see series one (not that i've seen series 2 yet!).
finally saw the end of series 1 last night, probably 12 months since i dropped it after the 4th episode... turns out it gets better after the 4th episode - just like you said! problem is tax & financial stuff isnt quite as good as a dead body found in the middle of a bridge... however, i warmed Natalie Madueño so hopefully series 2 will centre more around her... will watch it on iplayer later in the week...Series two of Follow the Money begins on BBC 4 tonight at nine. The first two episodes back to back.
its mainly more about why they are where (i assume) they are... and why some people might not be in this series...Bums.
now that was good, i'll second that...Under Sandet was nominated for an Oscar last week-end in the Best Foreign Movie category and worth a watch, too if you haven't seen it yet.
just started watching this myself last week...The Team
Bums.
watched that once... brilliant, but not sure i could watch it again - too... erm... just too difficult. They have The Hunt scheduled, which is worth a watch, too.

Clips of the Swedish chef on you tube, top notch viewing.
Cheers. I have to admit I've avoided watching The Hunt before as I thought it might be a bit too uncomfortable to watch, so undecided on that one.You can still watch the second series of FTM without having watched series one. The first episode of series two begins with a decent catch-up but to get the most out of it I would recommend watching the first series first.
One thing you can watch though is the Sunday evening movie on BBC 4 this week-end. They have The Hunt scheduled, which is worth a watch, too.
In other Scandi drama news, the Swedish four-part series Saknad (Missing) is pretty good as well though a bit on the dark side at times.
As well as the series Gåsmamman.
