best part of match day.
Listening to these two idiots drone on constantly on safc.com and all I can hear is 3,000 top class fans out cheering the home side and singing some hilarious songs

Take my hat off to each of you! I couldn't do that under the present circumstances.

Want freedom of the city

What were they singing mate?

'Half the away fans had left way before the end' said the BBC reporter. Why do they hate us? Any chance to have a dig at our support.Thousands of WBA fans had probably fucked off before the final whistle but no mention of that.

Moyes is making a poor job of this. I don't deny that. I just know who the root cause is at SAFC. No point in targeting the symptom - you target the cause.

If Moyes goes I have no doubt the next manager will struggle a similar amount. They might do slightly better but we are heading nowhere but down in the medium term until Ellis sells.
Short has made millions available to previous managers. Granted he has made some terrible decisions along the way and surrounded himself with dickheads but I'm sorry Moyes is absolutely clueless and has wasted the 30m he was given.

1) The millions are mainly debt, at 8.5% interest per year.

2) Moyes was the manager Short has "always wanted" - why not back him?

3) We had a net spend of £20m to replace 15 players leaving the squad. We only targeted players, seemingly, on low wages/ where the deal was structured over years and years. Hence no M'Vila. This is at a time when transfer prices double, anarl. Pay peanuts, get monkeys.

4) It's not just the money that's the issue - it's the terrible leadership. Moyes said a week into January he hadn't spoken to Short about money. A week into the transfer window and our manager didn't even know what funds he had. How can you expect a manager to prepare/ target scouting/ get targets lined up in advance when you are already in the transfer window and the manager has no idea what funds he does or doesn't have?! f***ing pathetic.

Moyes is doing a pretty poor job but by God you would think Ellis wanted him to fail. He's offered him fuck all to give us a chance.
