Any hidden gems, must do activities and must see places that you lot would recommend? Time and distance not an issue.

Do the Inca Trail if you can. Going to the other Inca sites in the sacred(?) valley is worth it too imo.
I'm going in blind so will be planning on the fly. I can pretty much stay out there as long as I want so will try and fit in as much as possible. The trail is expensive, is it not? It wouldn't bother me but the lass I'm going with is on a tighter budget, I think.

Have you been? I'd love to go but expect it will cost an arm and a leg to get there?

If that's the price you're willing to pay I'm sure wheel chairs or these electric buggy things are allowed. Although giving up an arm or leg is a bit extreme, personally I think I would try and raise the cash to go instead

I definitely recommend Igauzu Falls (either side), and Huacachina in Peru (man made lake surrounded by a small village) for dune buggying if that takes your fancy. Bolivia is class if money is an issue as it's cheap as owt.

Medellin is class as well as Baranquilla in Colombia, although you may die of heat exhaustion the. I could barely move 5 yards without being soaked in sweat.

Venezuela has Angel Falls & Caracas is quite beautiful in a way - but things have gone downhill there economically since I was there so you might not fancy it.

Paraguay was the only country I visited that did nothing for me. Don't bother with the Nazca Lines, they're barely visible from the plane.
